Rafael Albuquerque

Rafael is a Brazilian Attorney, graduated in Brazil and with international experience as a visitor Lawyer at CKR Law Firm in New York City and an extension in Corporate Governance by Columbia University in New York City. Rafael is the first person to be certified by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) as a Board Member under 30 years old. He is the founder and Vice-President of the Startups Comission in the Sao Paulo Bar Association. Rafael has a solid experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and investments in general.
